Struggling to get a foothold in the social media realm? In recent years, social media outreach has become a battle of wills. With so many people online, it can be difficult to reach your target audience or get them to participate in your campaigns. This session will demonstrate how Terra Dotta, in conjunction with GoSocial, has developed its name brand on both Facebook and Twitter by following best practices, searching out target audiences, and rewarding participators. You will learn the keys to profile optimization including quality versus quantity of followers, post types and frequency, follower interaction, and use of third party management tools.
