Join this Support & Service session where we will be exploring the full array of Terra Dotta's client services. Learn how to submit support cases so that communication is complete and smooth flowing. Find out how to search and use the Knowledgebase where you can find answers to all your questions. We will review the Discussion Forum where you can post suggestions for future product enhancements and discuss 'Best Practices' with other users of Terra Dotta software.  We will also explore Terra Dotta services such as on-campus training, requesting custom reports, engaging Terra Dotta administrators and other service offerings.  This is a must session for new users and a great refresher for the more experienced.
