If you've ever had to fill out rosters to send to an insurer, then you probably didn't volunteer enthusiastically to do it the next time. The frustrating part of it is that the information that's needed for the roster is already in your system, but it's not calculated/oriented/formatted just so for the insurers' requirements. You can easily get a spreadsheet through the Terra Dotta application, but it's not quite the same spreadsheet as your insurer needs, so there's work every time to rearrange and supplement it by hand. To address this problem, Terra Dotta has been working with many of the major insurers and repatriation services to create export interfaces to match the requirements of the insurers' roster templates. The standard interfaces are free of charge to Terra Dotta customers and are easy to implement. In our session we'll look at a few of the interfaces currently available and talk about plans for the future.
