Terra Dotta University 2013
When you buy a new car, you receive a manual that offers a timeline and checklist for suggested routine maintenance to keep your car running in peak condition. Terra Dotta software benefits from routine maintenance as well, so that information for students is kept up-to-date, and so that your processes accurately reflect your intentions, including the changes you make over time. Identifying maintenance needs early is important for both automobiles and software, so that simple issues don’t grow into big problems and to protect your data and your processes.
This session will provide you with a timeline and checklist of things to inspect on a routine basis to ensure your software is running in top form and as you intend. We will demonstrate how to review key functionalities in the software and what to do if you spot something awry. Attendees will receive a Checklist of items to inspect once a week, once a month, every six months and once a year.
This session will be useful for anyone who works in the software at any level. Both new and experienced users of the software will benefit from this session.
