Let’s face it - staff turnover is a fact of life.  It’s always a challenge, but with proper processes in place, it doesn’t have to be show stopper.  In this session we will discuss what steps should be taken in the software to prepare for a staffing change as well as ideas for documenting office processes so you won’t be at risk if the unexpected happens.  This session is recommended for users of all levels.
