Terra Dotta
Client Support Specialist, Trainer

Susan came to Terra Dotta from the University of Richmond where she had worked for 10 years in international education. As the Associate Director of Study Abroad Susan had responsibility for managing bilateral exchanges and third-party provider programs in six countries.  She was instrumental in implementing StudioAbroad (version 5 at the time) at Richmond.  Her duties as project manager for StudioAbroad included everything from migrating web content and building questionnaires to liaising with the IT Department.

Susan graduated from Wilson College, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with a BA in French and later received an MA in French from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.  Before coming to the University of Richmond, she worked for a number of years as a high school French teacher in Fairfax County.

Susan is a Client Support Specialist and software trainer at Terra Dotta, a position that takes advantage of her extensive knowledge of study abroad office management, program management and familiarity of StudioAbroad.
